With an Ultraguard security system you can add fire protection to your burglar alarm system. By adding Fire Protection to your Ultraguard security system you get the benefit of having your fire protection monitored at our UL Listed central station. In the event of a fire alarm, our trained operators will dispatch the fire department.
Ultraguard provides monitoring for existing fire, burglar and security systems. In most cases it is as simple as a program change however we do recommend a complete test of the system to assure proper operation. In limited situations your existing system may need modifications for Ultraguard to monitor your system. For example some security companies install "proprietary systems" that can not be reprogrammed to another central station.

Our Central Station is used to automate the task of sending a signal from all types of systems such as a burglar alarms, fire alarms, environmental devices (temperature sensors, equipment relays, and so on). The signal is sent from your premises to our central station.
For higher security applications we use long range radio to send signals to our central station. When a signal is received the data is interpreted by our receiving equipment automatically.
Our digital remote video system allows a customer to view security cameras across a network, through dial-up or a combination of technologies. The system allows any authorized user on your network to monitor live video right from their desktop.
Our digital recording technology allows a customer to store video recordings and retrieve the information across a network, through dial-up or a combination of technologies. The digital images can be retrieved by an instantaneous time and date search and eliminates the time wasted searching through hours of videotapes trying to find an event.
CCTV systems are a valuable tool for both small and larger businesses. There are numerous options available using cutting edge and digital recording technology. CCTV systems provide observation and in most cases record the areas cameras are viewing. Cameras can be installed in and around a business (and sometimes a home) and can be viewed and recorded in black and white or color.
Ultraguard offers many options to assure the right system is installed each application. For example an indoor camera may require a specific lens to view and record a desired area while an outdoor camera needs a different lens and a housing to protect the camera against damage from vandalism and the environment. A pan and tilt camera may be needed in a parking lot while a stationary camera is required in the lobby.
In some cases Covert CCTV systems are required. Ultraguard specializes in installing concealed cameras and CCTV equipment to assure the system is not detected or noticed. Care is given to all details including after hours installation and unmarked installation vehicles.

Ultraguard integrates various systems to create streamlined security applications. For example a card access system can be integrated with a burglar alarm so when a valid user operates a card reader the burglar alarm system will turn on or off. This eliminates the need for a separate security code to manually turn the burglar system on or off.
A CCTV system can be integrated to a standard burglar alarm system. When the burglar alarm system is activated (alarm) the CCTV system recorder can be turned on or changed to a different recording speed to record the alarm activity.
Digital badging allows a customer to design, manufacture and store ID badges. The badges can also be integrated from or to your access control system. This system is a one process printing application eliminating the need for laminating, cutting and assembly of badges.
Internet protocol cameras known most commonly as "IP" cameras are used more and more as technology changes to support IP cameras and as clients learn more about the many benefits. Ultraguard will assess your application and customize a system tailored to your applications. For example we would assess your current computer network system to determine the correct IP cameras and equipment to assure the system operates to your expectations. We would also assess if remote applications are needed and design a security protocol to assure the video images and recordings are secure and can only be accessed by authorized users.
